PLEASE NOTE

We reserve the right to refuse any animal who has caught a contagious illness within the last thirty days following the admissions exam of the daycare, or any animal that shows signs of being aggressive.
A reservation is considered as registered once a credit card number has been given to finalize the reservation of a condo.

For any cancellation of a reservation over $50, a minimum charge of $25 is applicable; Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their reservation or who are absent without notification will have to pay 50% of the total bill.
